“The role is very varied. I have been able to shape it to suit my skills and experience. And it's rewarding to see that we are attracting more clients and volunteers.”
Volunteer as a parish liaison officer
We’re looking for great networkers who are rooted in the Catholic community and passionate about our mission to support marriage and healthy relationships. As Parish Liaison, your role will be to build and maintain relationships with local clergy and ensure the promotion of our services and volunteering opportunities within parishes. Part of the role also involves recruiting local parish contacts who can advocate for Marriage Care’s services and listen out for emerging local needs.
If you are enthusiastic about relationship support, outgoing and possess good communication skills this could be just the role for you! In return we can offer a friendly and committed local team making a real difference to relationships, support from the national support team and a rewarding role in a dynamic and exciting organisation.
